Questions about plans and billing
Do I have to pay to use it now?
No. During the pre-release period, every feature is available free of charge. We will give at least 30 days' notice before billing starts, and no plan is ever taken out without your confirmation.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Your content stays saved and available to view and export, and your features become those of an account without a plan until you choose one.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in your account settings, with no fee. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Details in the Subscription Terms.
How does the right of withdrawal work?
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw within 7 days of subscribing and get a full refund of what you paid, even if you have already used the plan.
What if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted. You keep access to everything, but you cannot create new items of that type until you are within the limit or move to a larger plan.
What are credits and promo codes?
Credits can be exchanged for plan days, and promo codes grant days, credits or discounts. None of them has a cash value or can be transferred to another account.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your referral link. When someone creates an account and confirms their e-mail address, both accounts receive credits. There is a monthly limit of rewarded referrals; the full rules are in the Subscription Terms.
